Our front desk concierge/receptionist will greet your guests and clients, offer them refreshments and announce their arrival to you. They are available to you to handle most of your office support needs (copy, fax, scan, collate mailers, etc). For secretarial and special projects, their time is billed at a rate of $6.00 per 15 minute increment. They are on site during normal business hours for added security and to keep the premises stocked, clean, well maintained and professional looking at all times.

For a very reasonable price, we provide state-of-the-art color copying and printing equipment that allows you to do a wide variety of projects in a single, convenient location without having to leave your office. Our concierge/receptionist is also available to help you with some of your special projects that include copying and collating. Your Name on the Door
As an addition to the professional appearance of your new office, your name and/or business name will be prominently displayed on our front window and on your office door at NO CHARGE to you.
Stay Connected to Your Business with our VoIP System
Our VoIP phone system and voicemail service allows you to stay connected to your business whenever and wherever you choose. We can help you port your own number to your new location or assist you in establishing new phone lines. Afterwards, you have the ability to receive calls wherever you can plug your phone in to a network port.
Access the Building After Business Hours
During the business day, our building is left unlocked with the concierge available at the front desk to greet visitors and monitor the common areas. If you wish to access the building after business hours, you will be provided with a keyless entry card to enable you access at your convenience.
