Decisiveness

All leaders need to make tough decisions at times. They also know some of those decisions will not please everyone within the company or organization. Extraordinary leaders don’t hesitate in these situations, instead they make firm and timely decisions that are in the best interest of the entire company.

 

Transparency

Transparency emphasizes open communication and honesty. When you are responsible for a team of people, and are honest with them, it creates a company culture that is positive and in turn, productive.

Confidence

As a leader, consistently showing your employees confidence for the business, brand and your own confidence in them as an employee, is incredibly important. Whether it’s putting out fires, or giving an employee a well deserved raise, confidence needs to be shown in all scenarios, even when things may go awry.
